Event Manager Brandy Hudson, together with culinary superstar Chef Gerard Jesse, work with you to create a customized event unlike any other.
With beautiful presentations of classic seafood, your event is sure to be unforgettable. We offer expansive set-up selections, including breakfast buffets, meeting break snacks and accompaniments, meals of many courses, sumptuous buffets, boxed lunches for excursions, picnics and more.
