#DrinkPink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month The Seafood Shack will be donating monies from every signature drink purchase
The Seafood Shack in Cortez wants you to #DrinkPink this October for breast cancer awareness. The restaurant will once again be donating monies from every purchase of its signature Melon Sangria to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The Melon Sangria packs a little punch with watermelon puree, chardonnay, vodka, peach schnapps, triple sec, ginger ale and soda water. The beverage is served over ice in a wine glass for $8. The Shack donates $4 for each Melon Sangria purchased. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer through research. The funding aids research worldwide to fuel advances in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, metastasis and breast cancer survival.

The Seafood Shack restaurant is currently closed on Mondays through mid-October to allow for some housekeeping and maintenance inside the restaurant and kitchen.
