The celebration will offer party favors, multiple cash bars, drink specials, Chefs Special Party Appetizer Menu and live music and dancing with The Eric Von Band as we bid a fond farewell to 2017 and toast the possibilities of the new year.
Doors of The Neptune Room will open December 31, 2017 at 8pm. Live music from 9pm to 1am.
General Admission (GA) Tickets will be available offering guests full access to the party with music and dancing. The $15 per person GA Ticket includes your cover charge and all ticket processing fees. General Admission (GA) refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved and may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those wanting to secure their own “spot” for the evening, a limited number of Table Packages will be available. The only way you can reserve a table is to purchase a Table Package. The Table Packages include cover charge for each person, all ticket processing fees, a reserved table and seating. This Reserved Table will have your name on it and is yours for the entire evening so you can feel free to come and go at your leisure.
Table Packages are available for parties of 2, 4 and 6. If you have more than 6 people, you will need to purchase an additional Table Package. For the maximum comfort and safety of all of our guests, we will not be moving/pushing tables together. If there are multiple tables in your party, we will ensure that the tables are close to one another.
This year’s theme is AMERICAN COUNTRY; so bring on the braids & bandanas, the sequins, big hair and bedazzles boots.
Available from 8-11PM, the Chefs Appetizer Menu has been designed as light bites and shared plates sure to fortify guests for the evening. This menu will feature Shack favorites and some delicious new additions and may include items like: Homemade Coconut Shrimp ($12), Hummus and Crudite Platter ($9), Chicken Tenders with fries ($10) and Housemade Soft Pretzels ($5). Prices vary based on selection.
We have ample parking for guests of The Neptune Room. A large (lighted) self-parking lot is conveniently located just across the street from the restaurant. There is no charge for parking.
If cancellation is made seventy-two (72) hours or more in advance of the event date, your payment will be refunded in full; if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event, you will not receive a refund. While all tickets are final and non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date, they are transferable. That means, if you are unable to attend the party, you cannot get a refund, but you could sell (or otherwise provide) the ticket to someone else to use.
