Our friends at Darwin Brewing Co. in Bradenton brew chef-inspired, culinary-centric, well-balanced ales and lagers, which means that while their beers have the depth to stand on their own, they are also designed to complement your food.
In spring of 2016, our Executive Chef Gerard Jesse worked with Darwin’s GM Matt Cornelius to design a signature craft brew for The Seafood Shack which is now available on tap!
Introducing the Kumquat Wit! It’s an easy-drinking wheat beer with a hint of fruit and a floral note that pairs perfectly with the mild flavors of fresh Florida seafood.
