The Seafood Shack Marina, Bar & Grill held its first annual Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet on Sunday, May 10, 2015.
The Mother’s Day celebration was anticipated by many, as it also marked the official opening of The Seafood Shack’s newly renovated event space on the second floor of the restaurant. Over 400 people dined in The Neptune Room, a 7,000 sq.ft. space with a vaulted ceiling and three walls of expansive windows offering panoramic views of Sarasota Bay and beyond. The Seafood Shack’s new event space can be fully customized to suit any wedding, corporate event, or other social celebration!
The buffet menu featured a variety of delicious items, including Eggs Benedict, House-Cured & Smoked Salmon Bagels, a Steamship Beef Carving Station, Shrimp and Grits and Poached Cod. Families also delighted in a great selection of pastries and desserts as well as mimosas and The Seafood Shack’s Signature Bloody Mary!
The Seafood Shack was pleased to offer the opportunity for guests to take a fun, family portrait in the special photo area throughout the brunch event. These photos make for a great Mother’s Day memory!
