The Next Dinner Bell Supper Club: Feb 26, 2017 Asian Street Fare Style!
Geraldson Community Farm is kicking off the 2nd season of its Dinner Bell Supper Club with an “Asian Street Fare” theme on Sunday, February 26 (6-9PM) featuring a menu prepared and presented by The Shack’s Chef Gerard Jesse.
Asian street stalls are known as the best place – besides the home – to get the most delicious and authentic local foods. So the dishes for the evening will be based on traditional Asian street food dishes, prepared with beautiful, seasonal local ingredients. The meal will highlight GCF’s local produce as well as dairy, meats, and fruits produced in our Florida region. St. Pete Ferments will also be on hand with their amazing fermented food and beverage products.
Dinner will be served in stations, like street food vendors while Chef Gerard and farm manager Christa Leonard will guide dinner guests through the meal. The casual, alfresco dinner takes place on the farm with many of the dishes being cooked over an open fire pit and in a (soon-to-be) newly-constructed earth oven.
Tickets for the event are $50. The event is BYOB and limited to only 30 people who will enjoy the 7-course meal.
