The Seafood Shack Hosts VIP Event With Manatee Chamber & FDOT’s Jim Boxold

On Thursday, June 18th, The Manatee Chamber of Commerce hosted a meeting with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Secretary Jim Boxold at The Seafood Shack. Attendees enjoyed an informative presentation on the area’s roads and bridges and had the opportunity to ask questions and share their concerns.

The Seafood Shack was honored to host such a great community event. The event was held in The Seafood Shack’s newly renovated banquet and event space on the second floor of the restaurant called The Neptune Room. Guests indulged in a variety of delicious items, including watermelon gazpacho, “fresh catch” sliders, chicken salad wraps and tossed salad with citrus vinaigrette.

This 7,000 sq.ft. space overlooks the waters of Cortez and offers breathtaking views of Anna Maria Sound and beyond. The Neptune Room is already making its mark in Bradenton as a top choice banquet and event venue with many corporate and charity events already held last month, including the AME Spring Fling and Slaw Dawg Founders Invitational. The Neptune Room also makes an ideal venue for weddings, reunions, and other social celebrations!
